Garlic revisited

I liked the look of this garlic head so much I decided to paint it again. This time adding a clove from another head. Tweaked the sprout a bit on the added clove to move the eye

Really nice composition.

I'm another one who is drawn to painting garlic frequently.

P.S. What is this "ceramic tile" that you work on?

Thanks Jala! I've seen some of your garlic paintings and love them. The ceramic tiles are just regular floor or wall tiles purchased anywhere that sells flooring materials. Less than $1 a piece. They come in many colors and textures and I like the way the knife moves paint on them. Someone suggested the paint might come off at some point. I tried to remove paint once via scraping, turpentine soak etc... It's not coming off.

Beautiful little garlic. I like the addition of the clove pointing and leading around. Gorgeous brushwork, again.

Thanks Loriann.
I didn't forget about the tag. The seven things about me should be easy but I'm trying to find some new folks that haven't been tagged. I've been framing a bunch for upcoming shows and working with some photo software, on top of that my daytime job is quite hectic right now.
I'll check your new one now.
