A Halved Pear
8"x8" oil/ceramic tile
I'm gearing up for Saturday. I need to prime some boards, scrape palette etc... Anyhow, I wanted to do a quick study of a sliced pear. The flesh isn't reading the proper color on my computer. Usually it's accurate but the flesh looks a bit grayed down this time.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, Brian. I'm here looking at yours, and...WOW!! What am amazing job you do. And with a palette knife, with which I have a love/hate relationship... :)
Want to exchange blog links? I'll add you to mine now.
Thanks Jala,
Yeah, I'll add your link and thanks for adding mine. We have very similar still life setups but a bit of a different style. Should be fun viewing for the still life folks. I'm pretty busy with the weekend stuff coming up, but next week I'll get the link up.
Thanks again
